Decentralized Coaching Secrets: Purchase Terms and Guarantee

1. Who you are buying from

You are buying from Honor and Fire LLC, 5101 East University Drive, Denton, Texas 76208 (“we” or “us”). You can reach us at support@warplan.com.

2. What you are buying

Decentralized Coaching Secrets, the course: 7 modules and 38 video lessons, with worksheets and private notes, delivered in our members area. Some offers include the Decentralized Coaching Secrets ebook with the course.

Optional add-ons, where offered: the DCS Toolkit, delivered in the members area, and the Offer Review Call, a one-hour live call with our team.

You pay the price shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars, and any sales tax required by law is added at checkout.

3. Payment and your saved card

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, the card you use is saved to your account.

One-click add-ons, on the page after checkout or inside the members area, are charged to the card saved at checkout. Each one is charged only when you click to buy it.

You can remove your saved card at any time under Account in the members area. After that, an add-on asks for a card at the time you buy it.

4. Your access

Your purchase opens in the members area as soon as payment goes through. You keep access for as long as we offer the course.

Your account is for you alone. It can’t be shared or transferred.

5. The guarantee

The Decentralized Coaching Secrets Course comes with a conditional guarantee. To qualify, watch Modules 1 to 3 of the course and submit your completed Create Your Offer worksheet within 30 days of your purchase.

If you meet those conditions, we refund what you paid for the course. If you also bought the DCS Toolkit and/or the Offer Review Call with your order, we refund those too.

How to ask: email your completed Create Your Offer worksheet to support@warplan.com within 30 days of your purchase, and ask for your refund in the same email.

Who decides: our support team confirms that Modules 1 to 3 are complete (the members area records your progress) and that the worksheet is filled in.

When you are paid: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refunded products are then removed from your members area.

6. Refunds outside the guarantee

Apart from the guarantee above, all sales are final, including add-ons bought later in the members area.

7. The Offer Review Call

If you buy the Offer Review Call, you book a one-hour call with our team. On the call we review the offer you built in Module 3.

Book and hold your call within 90 days of your purchase. You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. A call missed without notice counts as used.

8. No promise of income

The course is educational. We do not promise or guarantee that you will earn any money or reach any business result. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

9. Chargebacks, governing law and disputes

If you dispute a payment with your card issuer, access to what that payment bought is paused while the dispute is open and removed if the dispute is decided against us.

Any other dispute about your purchase is handled under our Terms of Service at getfrap.com/terms: Section 18 (an informal resolution step first, then individual arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, with a class-action waiver, a small-claims option and a 30-day opt-out) and Section 25 (Texas law, Denton County, Texas).
